La Pavoni Lever-Operated Commercial Espresso Machines

The original Barista machine produces beautifully balanced shots with the pull of a lever. The classic lever espresso machine features chrome plated brass groups, each with mechanical movement controlled by the lever.

Thanks to a special device which controls the flow of hot water into the group, these machines keep the brewing pressure at a constant level for a better, more uniform extraction of the espresso. The machine has a single pressure gauge for the boiler.
