The FAEMA Frigobox is a milk chilling unit that can be used with any commercial espresso machine having a milk input feature. The FAEMA Frigobox holds 3 liters (0.8 gallons) of milk safely at an ice-cold temperature. The temperature is monitored by the Frigobox, and is displayed on an LCD display on the front panel.
This allows the barista to prepare cappuccino and/or latte automatically, with the push of a button. Since you would not want to leave an open jug of milk lying around for the day (and the board of health would likely not allow it), the FAEMA Frigobox is the solution. Because it is a closed refrigerating system, there are no sanitation concerns, and no concerns about milk spoilage.
The FAEMA Frigobox has a stainless steel body, and has a lockable door to make sure that it doesn't get opened accidentally and/or tampered with. The FAEMA Frigobox is NSF certified, and operates with standard 120 Volt service.
