Essential Tool for Basic Latte Art

To make professional detailed latte art, this is the perfect tool. While pure pouring technique will get you nice waves - from which you can shape hearts or flowers, if you want to add stems or arrows or printing or secondary (and tertiary) dollups, you'll need this pen.

The pen is aluminum, and is 7" long. The wide end has a shovel-scoop that's 1/2" wide and over 1" long (see the inset photo). This allows you to pick up dollups of crema, and place them precisely within your artwork. The tip is 1/8" wide, which allows you to do fine printing in the crema, and to shape your placed dollups as you wish.
