1. When will my order be shipped?
We try to ship most orders within 2 days, however, some of our larger items may take a little bit longer. You will receive an automated email with the tracking number once your order does ship so you'll know when to expect it.
2. Do you rent espresso machines?
Unfortunately, we do not "rent" espresso machines, however, we do offer leasing. Leasing is usually for a couple of years (you choose the term) and at the end of the term, you can buy your coffee equipment for a small fee. Leasing has tax advantages so some businesses find it more appealing.
3. Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online store only.
4. Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately we only ship within the continental U.S.

6. Can I have my commercial machine express shipped?
No, unfortunately we cannot express ship a commercial espresso machine. These machines are meant to be bench-tested once an order is placed (which takes at least 1-2 days) and then they are shipped via freight.
